Terms of payment
The client agrees to pay the total amount within the last 30 days before departure.
Habana Dance reserves the right to modify the prices in the event that state fees are changing (taxes, entry fees, etc.) All prices quoted include the legal vat and are cash prices.
Registation / Temporary reservation
Due to our many years of experience we know that numerous flights and hotels are often sold out soon. With a temporary reservation Habana Dance offers you the option for a registration until a certain date without any obligation.
Transfers prior to or after departure are not possible or have to be paid.
Usually the costs are completely taken over by the travel cancellation insurance.
In case of cancellation the participant bears the costs of Habana Dance and its partners like airline, casas particulares and dance instructors.
The following cancellation terms apply (domestic flights excluded):
- up to 30 days prior to departure: 100% reimbursement (no administration fee)
- up to 15 days prior to departure: 50% reimbursement (no administration fee)
- 14 days prior to departure: no reimbursement
The flight ticket for the domestic flight to Santiago or Holgüin will be handed over by Habana Dance. There are no vouchers for the overnight stays in the „casas particulares“ and the intensive Salsa courses.
Travel of passport, Visa and vacinations
The customer is responsible for entry requirements such as passport, visa, currencies and vaccination requirements in order to enter the transitor destination country. On request we will assist you and charge you all costs arising.
Please take out travel insurance (illness / emergency / cancellations) prior to your trip.
